Monitoring Script

Install the monitoring script on your website to analyze user behavior and identify fraudulent activities.

Google Tag Manager (GTM) requires previous installation of the GTM script on your website. The installation steps are shown when you first sign up to GTM.

Step 1: Obtain the Script

The Monitoring Script can be found under Website monitoring for the desired Protected Website. Copy the code and navigate to Google Tag Manager.

Step 2: Add the Script

Create a New Tag

Navigate to Tags in your GTM dashboard and click New.

Configure the Tag

Select Custom HTML as the tag type and paste the copied monitoring script into the HTML field.

Set the Trigger

Under Triggering, select the built-in trigger Initialization - All Pages to ensure the script fires during the initial loading phase of every page.

Save the Tag

Name your tag Tapper - Monitoring Script and click Save.

Publish

Click Submit, enter a version name and description, then click Publish.

Step 3: Verify

Use GTM's Preview mode to confirm the tag fires correctly across your website.

Once verified, your monitoring script is active and will analyze user behavior on every page load.
