How Screen works
Screen reads the visitor's session the way the rest of Block does, and checks the contact details of each form submission as it is sent. It then writes a verdict, a score and the reasons onto the lead in your CRM.
You decide what happens next:
- Hold a submission before it reaches your team.
- Let it land in your CRM flagged, and route it by score.
Either way, nothing is deleted. Your forms stay as they are: visitors see no CAPTCHA, puzzle or challenge.
