Relay sources for store orders and CRM stages
Every source Tapper Relay picks conversions up from, store orders, CRM stages, payments, analytics and your own events, and how each one is connected.
A source is where a conversion starts. Relay picks each one up as it happens, matches it to its ad click, and sends it to your ad platforms. Open Relay, Sources in the Tapper app to see each source, whether it is sending, and its last event.
Store orders
Every paid order, net of tax and refunds, with shipping left out.

CRM stages
Deals that reach the stages you choose, such as lead qualified or deal won. You choose which stages count and the conversion each one is sent as. A stage you do not choose is not sent. A cancelled stage takes its conversion back where the platform allows it.

One conversion, one count
A conversion is sent once, however many times its source reports it. Where your store's own app already sends an event to a platform, Relay sends only what that app does not. Where the sources are switched on, and which ad accounts receive them, is under Routing.
